Service Description

If your new to yoga or looking to deepen an existing practice then this is for you. A private class allows us 1.5/2 hours to delve a little deeper into creating a loving relationship with yourself, your body and your mind. It will also include a personal practice created for you to work on in between sessions and of course any help and support required.
