Winter Yoga Workshop

This event is crafted to support you finding calm amidst the chaos and moving through December with intention, honouring your needs and knowing your boundaries. We will be cultivating a real Hygge kinda vibe with a gentle but warming practice, Trataka Kriya (Steady Gaze) and a guided relaxation infused with some reiki healing magic.

We will end our session with some warming seasonal lunch to help fill your tummy and keep you grounded for the rest of your day, this will be available to take away if you have other commitments for your Sunday.
